American Bulldog Towing requires our staff to pass the Tow Cert TROCP® (Towing and Recovery Operator Certification Program) Level 1 Exam before we send our towing operators out into the world. Additionally to help keep our staff safe our field staff completes the National Traffic Incident Management (TIM) Training Certificate and our office staff completes the TRSCP® (Towing & Recovery Support Certification Program) Certification process.

Yes we are. The state of Indiana won’t give us license plates without proof.
Yes you can, we can text you a copy or email you a PDF file that’s full color and 8.5″ x 11″. Your receipt should show all your information and your vehicle’s information in case your submitting the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement consideration for an accident or roadside assistance claim. You may also give us permission to speak to your insurance agent’s office on your behalf and when they call us we can send it right over to them. We all know an email address for a State Farm agent can be quite lengthy.
The long answer is YES, and the short answer is NO. Yes, we will work with your insurance with your permission to speak to them, no we cannot just jot down your policy number and bill your insurance. SOME INSURANCE COMPANIES ALREADY HAVE A CONTRACT AND DISCOUNTED RATES ON FILE. In order to bill your insurance directly your insurance must contact us directly.
We give every job an estimated time of arrival based on the workload, your location, and weather. We try and stick to that time frame or provide an update if something has changed.
