3.1 Service Quality Issues
If you are dissatisfied with our service due to quality issues:
● You must notify us within 12 hours of service completion.
● Provide details of the issue and any supporting documentation (photos, videos, third-party assessments).
● We will investigate the claim within 5 business days.
● If the claim is validated, we may offer a partial or full refund, or service credit at our discretion.
3.2 Service Delays
● Estimated arrival times are approximate and subject to traffic, weather, and other conditions.
● Delays of less than 75 minutes beyond the estimated arrival time do not qualify for compensation.
● For significant delays exceeding 75 minutes, we may offer a 10% service discount at our discretion.
3.3 Vehicle Damage Claims
● Any claims regarding vehicle damage allegedly caused during our service must be reported immediately at the time of service.
● Damage claims not reported at the time of service may not be eligible for compensation.
● All damage claims require documentation (photos and video, description) and will be investigated by our management and/or insurance department.
3.4 Refund Processing
● Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
● Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
4. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
4.1 Incorrect Service Information
If you provide incorrect information (vehicle details, location, service required) that results in
service delays or the need for different equipment:
● Additional charges may apply.
● Cancellation fees may still be applicable.
4.2 Hazardous Conditions
Services requested in hazardous conditions (severe weather, unsafe locations) may be delayed
or canceled at our discretion, with no cancellation fee applied.
5. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
We are not liable for pre-existing damage to your vehicle.
