2. CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1 Customer Cancellation
● Cancellation Before Dispatch: If you cancel before a tow truck has been dispatched to
your location, no cancellation fee will apply.
● Cancellation After Dispatch: If you cancel after a tow truck has been dispatched but
has not yet arrived at your location, a cancellation fee of $50.00 may apply to cover fuel
and operational costs.
● Cancellation Upon Arrival: If you cancel after the tow truck has arrived at your location,
a fee equal to the agreed upon mileage and service rate will apply to cover travel expenses, time, and operational costs.
● Pre-scheduled Service Cancellation: For pre-scheduled towing services, cancellations
must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of any deposit.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will result in a
$50 cancellation fee.
2.2 Service Provider Cancellation
If we need to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, weather
conditions, or equipment issues:
● We will notify you as soon as possible.
● No cancellation fee will be charged.
● We will offer to reschedule at your convenience or provide a full refund of any pre-
payments.
7. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
American Bulldog Towing LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
By requesting our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the
terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
